Ana Helena has always been a passionate admirer of all kinds of animals. For many years, she worked in tourism, but her true dream was to start a business dedicated to working with pets. That dream became a reality in 2018 when Ana Helena moved to America, where she began caring for and sharing her knowledge about pets. This new chapter brought her a happier and more fulfilling life, doing what she loves most.
With over five years of experience and expertise in animal behavior, Ana Helena has been providing exceptional care for pets in the areas of Winter Garden, Windermere, Minneola, Clermont, Groveland and Astatula. Her time at Banfield Veterinary Hospital in Orlando further enhanced her skills and gave her the confidence to care for animals requiring special attention.
Throughout her life, Ana Helena has had the joy of caring for a wide variety of animals, including 2 dogs, 17 cats, a rabbit, 11 parakeets, a parrot, 40 hamsters, and countless others she rescued, nurtured, and rehomed.
Her dedication, combined with her hands-on experience and deep love for animals, ensures that every pet under her care receives the affection and attention they deserve. Ana Helena is not just a caregiver but a true advocate and friend to animals, committed to enriching their lives and the lives of their families.
Payment & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- 30 or more days before the service date - 100% refundable
- 15 days before the service date - 50% refundable
- 04 days or less before the service date - non refundable
Payment Policy
- All reservations will be payed 50% check in date and 50% check out date.
- Forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and check.
- If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Sucharges
Holiday surcharges ($10 per visit for 30-min visits)
*Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
