Payment & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- 30 or more days before the service date - 100% refundable
- 15 days before the service date - 50% refundable
- 04 days or less before the service date - non refundable
Payment Policy
- All reservations will be payed 50% check in date and 50% check out date.
- Forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and check.
- If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Sucharges
Holiday surcharges ($10 per visit for 30-min visits; $15 for 1-hour visits).
*Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
